The beautiful, durable decking around the Muirfield Village Golf Clubhouse in Dublin will outlast the building, according to the architect. The corrosion-resistant Fiberglass Grating deck rises over a scenic body of water, meanders around trees and foliage, and then wraps around the clubhouse. The previous wood deck for the clubhouse posed maintenance issues and safety risks related to dampness, slippery surfaces, and abuse from the pounding of golf shoe spikes.
