Perforated Metal Adds Portability to Trade Show Booth

McNICHOLS® Perforated Metal infill panels helped to form transportable United States Army trade show display booth.

 |  1 min read

Over 67 framed infill panels of McNICHOLS® Perforated Metal were scattered throughout the new United States Army trade show display booth. The primary visual impact was strength and high-tech aesthetics. Many companies that exhibit in trade shows require that their booths be functional modular systems that can span large areas, support weight, deliver height, ship easily, and carry large formatted panoramic graphics. The Perforated steel panels provided lightweight components that are more economical to ship than solid steel panels, but won't lose structural strength. Eight of the 67 panels were easily formed into a U or L shape before framing by means of a press brake. Panels were powder coated for aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
