Case Study | Bambino Pizzeria
In 2024, Chioco Design, an Austin-based architecture firm led by principal Jamie Chioco, completed the transformation of a former food storage warehouse into a vibrant, counter-service pizzeria called Bambino. Spanning nearly 3,000 square feet of interior space, with an additional 1,396-square-foot patio, Bambino represents a fusion of old-fashioned charm and modern sophistication. Restaurateurs Adam Orman and Fiore Tedesco collaborated with Chioco Design to create an environment reflecting their shared memories of vintage pizza parlors while elevating the experience with contemporary design elements.
