McNICHOLS uses welding methods and process controls designed to minimize distortion and maintain surface quality for Stainless Steel and Aluminum applications. Because each project is different, material type, thickness, part geometry, finish, and application requirements should be reviewed during the quoting process.
To accurately quote your project, please provide product type, material, dimensions, quantity, drawings or sketches, application details, finish requirements, inspection criteria, and any special tolerances or documentation needs. For Stair Treads, include details such as width, length, Nosing, Carrier Plates, surface type, load requirements, and installation environment can also be helpful.
Lead times vary based on material availability, order quantity, fabrication complexity, finishing requirements, inspection needs, and delivery schedule. For time-sensitive projects, contact McNICHOLS early in the quoting process so The Hole Team can review requirements and help support your project timeline.
