Craig Stein earns his promotion to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from the dedication and hard work in his previous position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Stein began his journey with McNICHOLS as Vice President of Accounting and Finance in July, 2004. Stein proved his leadership abilities by initially managing these two business units, along with the Credit Services discipline, later earning the title of Chief Financial Officer. Today, Stein oversees numerous business functions including Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Business Intelligence, Credit, Financial Accounting, Facilities, and Information Services.
John Farley was named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, having held the title of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Farley started with The Hole Team in 2005 as Vice President of Sales, responsible for all commercial sales and customer service. Showing his ability to consistently help the company grow top-line revenues and skills to lead district operations, Farley subsequently became Chief Operating Officer. He now directly leads resources at the senior level in Sales and Operations as well as all functions related to Supply, Integrated Business Planning, Logistics, and Quality Assurance. Farley's leadership has contributed to the company's success and continues to be important as he encourages The Hole Team to remain focused on serving customers.
