McNICHOLS® Trench Drain - POLYCAST® System
McNICHOLS® Series 600 Presloped Drain Systems are designed to have flow rates equal to or greater than larger poured-in-place Trench Drain grates. Our Series 600 system is intended for pneumatic tire traffic only and is not fire retardant (NFR). Our Presloped Drain Systems are available in two convenient kits. A 20-linear foot (Kit 1) and 40-linear foot (Kit 2) Drain System is available from stock inventory. Each Kit comes with 48" polyester polymer channel lengths, installation alignment chairs, a male and female drain end cap, 24" long cast iron round-end slotted surface grates and grate lock-down devices. Additional Channel Installation Alignment Chairs are also available.

McNICHOLS POLYCAST® Presloped Trench Drain Systems are designed for indoor and outdoor residential, commercial, and industrial applications. POLYCAST® Trench Drain channels are made of a stronger-than-concrete precast polyester polymer concrete composite and are set in place before a slab pour. Our Systems are easy to install, durable, resistant to many chemicals, and ideal for environments with extreme temperatures. The system is capped off with lockable, yet removable round-end slotted surface grates.
