6. Selection of Winner(s)

At the conclusion of the Entry Period, McNICHOLS will randomly draw one (1) entry from the entries received during the Entry Period. The Entrant whose name is on the first entry randomly drawn from the eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be the "Potential Winner" of the Prize. The random drawing shall take place as soon as practicable after the close of the Entry Period. Decisions of the judges are final and binding.

7. Necessary Availability

Unless otherwise stated herein or prohibited by law, a McNICHOLS team member will contact the Potential Winner by phone.
