Product Information
The combination of heavy-weight bearing bars and twisted steel cross bars provide excellent grating stability and loading capabilities. The cross bars are welded or electro-forged to the rectangular shaped bearing bars by a process that combines intense hydraulic pressure with a powerful electric current.

Stainless steel mill finishes may not be suitable for all applications. Sandblasting is available by special order.
Heavy Weld Series
McNICHOLS’ Heavy Weld bar grating products are divided into eight series: GHB, GHB-2, HWC, HWC-2, HWD, HWD-2, HWE & HWE-2.
