In the fall of each year, the leadership of McNICHOLS
Company comes together to begin the annual Strategic Planning process for the upcoming year. The process starts with an All Employee Survey and in-depth meetings in each department and district office. At this time, top objectives and sales goals are set and company's five-year Statement of Direction is reviewed and revised as needed. Each Strategic Planning session begins with a simple theme that is then carried throughout the year. Recent themes have included
