| One of the best aspects of McNICHOLS
Company is its ability to maintain a family atmosphere in spite of tremendous growth and remote locations. This atmosphere is nurtured by the
McNICHOLS
family and sustained through carefully planned investments of time and resources focused on recognizing and appreciating employees. |
McNICHOLS
offers several award and incentive programs, including:
Hole In One Program
| Employees who find more efficient, effective or cost-improving ways to do their jobs can enter their ideas in the Hole In One program. After improvements are implemented, an outstanding idea is named each month and the deserving employee receives a cash award. |
Hole Star Program
| The Hole Star program is an incentive-based program that allows sales personnel to gain “points” for reaching sales incentive goals. As employees gather points, those points can be traded in for retail items such as electronics, jewelry and travel goods. |

Service Awards

McNICHOLS'
ultimate goal is to recognize and reward associates for the role they
play in helping the company reach its stated goals. An ongoing program that illustrates the uniqueness of
McNICHOLS
