McNICHOLS® Designer Mesh, TECHNA 3150™ has been a very popular solution for infill panels of all types. The Walsh University incorporated the mesh into their dormitory stairways and balconies as a safety feature for their student activity center. The staircase required a rail design that met code, was appealing, and was immune to high foot traffic generated by students day and night. The stainless steel panels require little maintenance and have a moderately-priced steel frame and handrail that was powder coated to match the slate blue floor tiles. The cost-effective design produced a look of elegance backed by strength and durability.
