Centerline Shearing Finished piece will be sheared symmetrically about a row of diamonds at the center of the piece and will have open diamonds along both the SWD and LWD.

Standard & Flattened Sheets shall be free of waves or buckles that are in excess of 3/4 inch from a plane surface.

Type of Expanded Squareness tolerance
Standard Edges shall be such that any intersection side shall not be out of square in excess of 1/8 inch per foot either direction, to a maximum of 1/2 inch overall.
Flattened Edges shall be such that any intersection side shall not be out of square in excess of 1/8 inch per foot either direction, to a maximum of 3/8 inch overall.
