PERF-O GRIP® Planks help cut accident rates by providing a slip resistant surface of large debossed holes and smaller embossed button holes. Plank surface also helps lessen worker fatigue and has a high load capacity, long life and high strength-to-weight performance through its design. Planks have a large open area – 38% (depending on plank size), permitting free flow of air, heat and light often eliminating need for sprinklers under most catwalks and platforms.
Planks are stocked in a variety of materials – 13 gauge galvanized or plain steel and aluminum in sizes from 5 to 18 inch in 12 foot lengths. Other sizes are available by special order. PERF-O GRIP Plank is also available in walkway plank style with up turned toe boards..

The gauge is the thickness of the plank. The higher the gauge, the lighter and less durable the material. This gauges and weights chart can provide additional information.

· Aluminum material available in 0.125 inch.
· Stainless material available in 16 gauge.
