| How is Molded Rectangular Fiberglass Grating-Integral Grit Made? |
| Molded Rectangular Fiberglass Grating-Integral Grit is a fiberglass reinforced composite of polyester or vinyl ester resin with a molded-in integral grit surface. Molded Grating is manufactured in a one piece construction process by interlacing pre-wetted glass reinforcing strands in a liquid resin matrix within a given configuration. Once the resin has cured, the molded grid is removed from the mold. The one piece construction ensures that all glass is impregnated with resin. |
