is time for the chili cook-off. It is an event that employees look forward to every winter. After sampling from the many pots of chili, they cast their votes for the year’s Chili Champion.

Every Labor Day,
McNICHOLS
celebrates its best asset: its employees. It is also traditionally recognized with the annual Fish Fry. A favorite among employees, each year the Labor Day celebration features fresh fish fried on the premises that morning. The batter used to fry the fish has long been a company secret that only a few select "chefs" within the company know.
